Disability is often the result of disabling environments - whether that be in work or within the education system.

As a passionate advocate of disability, equality and inclusion the mission is to:

1)  Educate employers on why it makes such good business sense to be an inclusive employer and how they can go about becoming one

2)  To inspire job seekers with differences young and old to expect more from the jobs market. To expect a work environment where they can thrive and achieve in a career they want and deserve.

3) To help all job seekers appreciate their skills, to understand their motivations & passions and be self-assured and confident in their value.

Society has progressed and evolved to become more inclusive and understanding of diversity, although there is still much work that needs to be done. As a result, businesses are expected to reflect these values in their practices.

It is hoped that the videos, which were commissioned by Inspire Coaching, will demonstrate that there are great employers out there who excel at inclusion. These companies tend to attract great talent that is often overlooked and rejected by organisations with outdated or biased perspectives and processes.

If you are aware of any outstanding neuro-inclusive companies that might be interested in being interviewed and serving as role models for other organisations, please let us know. There is always a need to find genuine role models.
